Good morning and welcome to our official two-week check-in on BeSkiBiMo. Let me just say up front that I did not lose a single pound during the last week. I made (mostly) good food choices, but it was such a stressful week that I didn’t sleep well and was too exhausted and in too much pain to even think about exercising. I don’t know if it was the lack of exercise of the increased “stress hormones” that got me, but I’m changing both this week! And the tip of the day is: Don’t watch “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives”. Don’t watch it, don’t let your spouse watch it in bed while you fall asleep. I woke up this morning STARVING and wanting all sort of odd foods. Thankfully, I have none of them in my house and I don’t want any of them bad enough to go out in the cold to get them. Maybe there is an upside to this crappy weather. How did you guys do this week and what are your plans for handling the upcoming week?
