When I saw that the prompt for Capture the Everyday at Adventuroo this week was going to be “car” I knew immediately what my post would be about. In fact, I was sure I’d already written it back in November when I first got my Carlashes. But I went through all my posts and couldn’t find it. How could I have deprived you of these adorable pictures? I first heard about Carlashes on Twitter, and when I went to the site and saw them I couldn’t order them fast enough. Even if you don’t feel confident enough to put them on your own car you should absolutely follow Carlashes on Facebook and see the cars other people are putting them on world-wide! No, this is not a sponsored post, Carlashes doesn’t even know I exist, but I think these are so stinkin’ cute and I love the looks and comments I get when people notice them. As far as I know I’m the only person in Louisville, Kentucky who has a set on her car. Here’s how it happened:
She flutters her lashes as I drive like Miss Mississippi on the runway, and my husband refuses to drive my car with them attached. So does my nineteen-year-old. But the best part? I always park nose-out at the grocery store and I never have a problem finding my car. And I cheer up a lot of people working fast-food drive-thrus. Would adding reindeer antlers for Christmas be over the top?
I’m also linking up to Wordless Wednesdays, not because the post is wordless, but because that is a common reaction the first time people see my car. And of course I’m gonna link up to Share Your Awesome on Friday, because who can deny that fake eyelashes for your car are awesome?

Priced at just $4.99, it is now available in every format your little heart could desire at Smashwords!

This is so cute!! I love how you put it – plus size drag queen. Good one!
This is hilarious! I saw them for the first time the other day actually. It was a bug I think.
So cute!
OMG these are so cute! I saw them at a car show a few years ago.
Those are one of the neatest things I’ve ever seen. My husband would agree with yours though.
Zomgs, adoraballs!
What a hoot! When I first saw the thumbnail on Mel’s blog I thought there were some sort of odd bird deterrent. Way to rock your plus size ride!
So hilarious!!! If I didn’t think they’d get torn up in our gale force winds, I’d totally get some!!
I think she needs a lil red bow…
Their website says they’ll be selling lips soon
Hmm … this may be a perfect gift for Abby’s new car. We must discuss.
You will die when you see the site – my lashes are by far the most conservative option. There are pink lashes, crystal liner, and “lips” coming soon
These are so totally AWESOME! Your title was so interesting on the Mama Made It Look Easy blog that I had to check you out! Needless to say, I was not dissapointed. As far as reindeer antlers…go for it!!!
