Magic Erasers, the Clothesline, and Freezing Green Onions

This week for Oh, How Pinteresting Wednesday I wanted to share my Pinterest successes for this week. ย I’m also linking up to Idea Sharing Wednesdays since it looks like the folks there are searching for the same sorts of things I am!

I’ve always loved Magic Erasers, but here are several more uses I hadn’t thought of. ย I haven’t tried all of them, but the ones I have tried were successful!

My husband took a long time to jump on the “clothesline” bandwagon, but when once he finally did he will amazed at the $50 difference in our electric bill. ย Win!

Why didn’t I think of this? I often end up with three or four desiccated, droopy green onions left over from a couple of bunches I bought for a recipe. No more! And storing them in an empty water bottle? Brilliant!

  1. I only discovered Magic Erasers about 6 months ago (I know, I know) and I’m sure I’ve never loved anything quite so much. I buy them in bulk now. I believe they really are magic.

    1. A clothesline on your wedding registry? That’s a BRILLIANT idea! If I saw that on someone’s registry it would be the first thing I’d buy ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. Wow that’s amazing how much you saved with the clothesline! And I’m definitely going to have to try that green onion trick!

    {I’ve got a giveaway going on & would love to see you there!}
