Alright! Have you weighed yourself and set your goal for the month? Then let’s get to it. I’m planning on relying a lot on my iPhone this month. I’ve downloaded Eight Glasses a Day to make sure I stay well hydrated, Calorie Count to track every bite of food I put in my mouth as well as the exercise I get, and C25K (couch to 5K) just in case I am able to do some running. I think I may try a light jog with my neck brace on – if I wrap a scarf around it no one will be the wiser, right? I’m also going to be doing Zumba every single day (starting with the 20 minute beginner’s class, of course).
What’s your plan? Weight Watcher’s? South Beach? Spin class? Hot yoga?
